Service London Business is your concierge-style service to help businesses start and grow here in London. It is made of a team of City of London staff and partners across the community that are ready to help you from business plan to the grand opening and beyond. You can submit you Building Permit in person on the 7th floor of City Hall at 300 Dufferin Avenue. Once you've submitted it, you can can monitor it's status at the Building Permit Inspection System.

Businesses are permitted to set out 12 garbage bags. Please note: trade waste is not acceptable. Please place garbage at your collection point before 7 a.m. on the date fixed for collection but not before 5 p.m. the day before.
Bags must weigh less than 20 kg or 44 lbs.
Your business is also permitted to set-out curbside recycling if you are located on an existing residential collection route. The limit of recyclables per collection is 5 blue boxes and 2 bundles of corrugated cardboard.
